Yay, we are going away! Again – and before our honeymoon too!
For his 40th birthday I gifted Mr A with a trip to the Balearic Island of Mallorca, a place that had been somewhere on our list for a while but never made it to the top.
Then we got engaged and married and 2016 just flew past.
Now he turned 42 and just a few weeks shy of his birthday he suggested we should fit in a trip before our honeymoon because August was so far away.
I know why I married this man.
Long story short, we are going to be in Mallorca for a week in early May, with a rental car and our hiking boots, and we can’t wait to explore the coastal drives, the lighthouses, the little villages and of course the Tramuntana.
I am very much focussed on travelling hand-luggage only in an attempt to size down on things I still bring “just because” and end up not needing at all.
